Payment Processing Rights
1. You shall have full transparency of fees and costs.
2. You shall have full disclosure of all parties involved.
3. You shall have Pass-thru on all Non-Qualified transactions.
4. You shall have Rate guarantee.
5. You shall have the opportunity to share profits with their processor.
6. You shall have trial period.
7. You shall have the opportunity to terminate without a termination fee.
8. You shall have access to emergency loaner terminals at no cost.
9. You shall have access to up to date reporting services at no cost.
10. You shall have a competent Business Manager. |
